Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via BARTOLINI with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with signature required, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping type you choose, we will provide you with a code to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you bundle your items into one order.

It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items will be well protected.
